This little feline went up to 157 km of altitude she is the first astronaut feline in the world.

She was studied during months of training by the space medicine middle.

The purposes of the mission is to study her reactions during the rocket walk.

“What are you experimenting on this “cat-o-nine-tail”? ”

“we are examining the action potentials, employing the ECG”

“you want to see if she is a smart “cat-o-nine-tail”? ”

“we are not exactly checking her intelligence”

“in fact we are recording her electrical activity in order to compare it with eventual modifications post-flight”

“so you want to be detect eventual modifications of the brain waves during space flight due to the lack of gravity”

“exactly”

“how are you registering this data? ”

“we are registering the activity of the cat’s brain with the help of three electrodes”

“the signal is deepened in order for this activity to be analysed on this cathodic-oscillograph”

“the electrodes are become in two different types of metal one inside the other”

“they measure the potential differences between two types of brain cells”.
